The role: - Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
- Own vehicle required. Experience in manual handling, transfers, bowel management experience, physical support needs, advantage and desirable mental health nurse background or similar qualifications. Active night supports.

Mandatory requirement - Certificate III/IV, Diploma or Degree in Individual Support Disability or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License
- National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with Children Check.
Additional training - Mental health training – complex mental health with diagnosis of depression, suicidal tendency, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, BDD
