Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full. About the role Due to our strategic growth, we are looking to appoint a permanent part time female Team Leader who is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to making a difference in supporting participants with high complex needs and lead a team of support workers. You will undertake the following responsibilities. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the site including budges and expenditure.
- Supporting clients with meeting their goals
- Supporting clients with appointments and recreational activities.
- Meetings with families, allied health professionals and potential clients to discuss needs and supports.
- Establish good working relationships and work closely and collaboratively with team members
- Ensure all compliance measures are being met.
- Co-ordinate all site administrative processes.
- Provide support to the Service Manager for your location including roster support.

About the candidate This role will be site based and requires someone with strong leadership and organisational skills. We are looking for a person with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage teams. - Qualification in Disability - Cert IV in Community Services / Disability or equivalent - highly advantageous.
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Strong background in mental health/behaviour of concerns.
- Experienced with conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
