As the IT Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing onsite support to our users in National wide You will be the primary point of contact for IT support and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Horizon Solsolutions Australia Pty Ltd use a range of technologies, and knowledge of any of them would be beneficial. These include:
Software development
Office 365;
Intune;
Windows 10 and 11;
Windows Server 2016 and 2019;
Fortigate Firewalls;
Laptops and Desktops;
Uqbuiti Wireless Access Points.
Role Responsibilities
Answer incoming support calls and provide resolution within SLA using our IT Helpdesk;
User administration, support and management of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Products;
Desktop and Laptop deployment, rebuilds and warranty repairs;
Administration and support or various peripheral devices including deployment and support of various devices such as smartphones and other IOS devices and android tablets;
Application installation, upgrades, configuration, and support;
Organising warranty and repairs for faulty devices with manufactures such as Lenovo, Dell and HP;
Asset management using our asset management system;
Creating procedures and documentation and continual improvement of current process and procedures.
Skills and Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Information Technology;
Great teamwork skills with a strong customer service approach;
Strong communication skills;
Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 - (essential);
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - (essential);
Knowledge and Experience of services such as Active Directory, Exchange Online and Intune - (desirable);
Knowledge and understanding of basic network infrastructure, switches, cabling etc;
ITIL certification - (desirable);
