Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs. Trust and respect in our interactions with each other are our ways of working. The role: 

• Multiple positions will be available.  
• Pressure Injury Management
• Diabetes Management plan
• Diet plan management.
• Experience in hoist management & manual handling.
• You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.  
• Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.

Mandatory requirement

• Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent 
• First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain. 
• Current Driver’s License (mandatory).

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
