Rostering Admin - Full time - Hybrid
Melbourne VIC

 

We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Rostering Admin.

Key responsibilities:

- To successfully match client needs regarding skill,
continuity, and availability when building new rosters.
- Building and setting up new rosters and backfilling
when called in sick
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships
with workforce and client.
- To assist with the integration of new staff into the
workforce.
- To effectively manage the roster according to the client
requirements
- To assist the Rostering Officer with the Supervision of the external
workforce, ensuring all Mandatory compliances are
met.
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Answer incoming calls from customers and support
staff, to answer inquiries and questions, handle
complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide
information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on client staffing
deficiencies, projected needs, and vacancies through
regular coordination with the Team Leaders/Operations team.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate records are entered in
the system.
- Identifying gaps in the rosters and working with the
recruitment team to ensure there is a pool of
credentialed staff ready for rostering.

 

What are we looking for?

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions to complex rostering challenges.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with staff
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

 

Mandatory requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years in a rostering/scheduling role, within the NDIS preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and rostering software
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Victorian Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation module
